Maria Paoli, Founder and Managing director of Evolving Success, has spent over 15 years within the Hospitality and Tourism Industries, where she has been involved in facilitating client service training programs, communication and team building workshops.

As a fully qualified teacher & trainer, she established Evolving Success in 2003, to cater to the training requirements of all service industries, specialising in Communication, Customer Service and all Hospitality Food & Beverage Units.

Maria's love affair with coffee began as an infant, when her grandad would flavour her milk with a little espresso. Her great grandmother would roast her own blends and then grind the beans freshly every day. “Coffee was just a part of life,” Maria claims.

As an Accredited National Barista & Barista Judge, Coffee Trainer, Coffee Reviewer & Creator of the “The Historical Coffee Trek,” She is an Advocate of Australian Roasted Coffee. She has dedicated her services to developing training programs, to enhance the espresso making skills and knowledge of the hospitality & coffee industries.

Maria has donated a great deal of her time to assist many in the industry and has been actively involved in writing reviews and promoting Melbourne’s Café Culture.

Coffee Making Courses

“Coffee making is a passion for extracting the ideal aromatic profile from the roasted bean.”

Evolving Success has established Coffee standards for the Coffee Industry;educating  the consumer, café operator and competitive barista how to advance in a competitive climate.

In association with a National RTO, Maria is one of the few fully accredited Barista Trainers,  facilitating Accredited workshops for  trainees, completing; Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee, and Plan and Monitor Espresso Operations

Non-accredited training can be facilitated on site at competitive prices.

Melbourne’s Historical Coffee Trek

Evolving Success invites you, on a Sensory Espresso Experience, through Melbourne, commemorating the contributions of our early immigrants, in developing our espresso industry. We visit original cafes and roasting houses around our beautiful city, sampling blends and learning the art of a perfect extraction.

Learn about all types of brewing methods, domestic machines and the perfect grind to suit YOU the individual.
