An ambassador for Café Culture Melbourne,Maria Paoli,has had over 15 years experience in Espresso Coffee, having organised the 2006 Barista Comps for Victoria.

As an International Coffee Judge, Trainer/Consultant & Coffee Connoisseur, she has been appeared on Postcards,Wine Me Dine Me, Coxy’s Big Break and The Great Italian Cafe.

Her expertise in Coffee, has allowed her to write internationally and locally,including articles in Bean Scene,various Melbourne Café Guides and Coffee Reviews 2007/2008 and 2010.


Immersed well within the industry Maria will introduce you to world barista champions and invite you to cup some of the worlds finest AA graded coffee.

Coffee Cultural Trek $40: 2.5 hour Tour discovering the latest cafe trends, learn about single orgins, syphon and the tricks
to extraction and milk texturing. As a coffee trainer and judge I take you on a journey of 3rd wave coffee.
Group tours run through the week minimum 6 people or public tours available Saturday mornings

Breakfast, Coffee and Discovery Walk: $60 (group booking only mnimum 8)

Event/School/Corporate tours Weekdays 2 hours tailored to group needs and budget, minimum booking of 8 people required. 
                                                    
Roasting Tours Cost: $60 available by group booking (minimum 6).
The tour includes a live roasting lesson with cupping full breakfast and coffee. duration:  3 hours

Private tours also available cost and duration negotiable.

Vouchers are available for public coffee trek $40pp
